1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during seasonal sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and express shipping options across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery for standard shipping is typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Help U Sukceed LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Note: As we are based in Maryland, applicable sales tax may be charged in accordance with state and federal regulations.
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Help U Sukceed LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
